Doobie got the job! She’s moving to Asheville tomorrow!This is incredibly exciting because: a) She’s a much better fit as a roommate than the recovering alcoholic without a car living off her disability check that answered my ad from the Mountain X. b) If she doesn’t pay her rent, I know the Higher Authority’s phone number. c) We have known each other long enough that I am actually able to tell her when something bothers me. I don’t do that with anyone else.

I’m making a comic book. I’ll post it here when I’m done, but the basic gist of the story is lesbian superheroes with a collegiate drama twist. And who doesn’t love both those? Anyway, that’s why my posting here has been remiss: I’ve been drawing again. Yay! Except not so pretty. You’ll see.
