Project Runway is back tonight, and to keep myself awake until then, I’m employing all manner of tricks. The first is completion of my thank you cards, the neglecting of which are firmly penalized with suspension of presents in subsequent years in my family. Thank you cards are Very Important.

I’m also slightly chilly, since I cut down my thermostat because that 100 gallons of oil I bought back in November? All gone. Had to order another 300 gallons today. Fuck that. If I stay in this house long enough to get a new furnace, it’ll be a goddamn electric one. And also there will be blown in insulation.
